They had to send the bracelet to another state to be repaired without my knowledge, did not call me to advise me.It’s starting to feel like summertime in Pisgah! Beginning Memorial Day weekend, many families make their way to Brevard and Transylvania County for vacations, outdoor adventures, and summer camp excursions. I don't know them personally, but they've made several watch repairs (resizing of band, etc) at no charge for me. Similar to other reviews I first took a watch - simple watch to the store - I simply ask for a link to. I really do not write many reviews for things but I feel it is imperative in this situation.
I took a watch to have a crystal replaced! You would think this is a simple job! Apparently not! FOUR MONTHS later I requested that my watch be returned to me because absolutely nothing had. I would highly recommend him to anyone! more Chris was excellent to work with! he helped us find the perfect wedding ring and made the process so easy.
